We collect (and cache) 'Jogs' sent via Slack/Email. The information is stored without any identifiable information other than the Jog creator which is used to ensure rate-limiting is enforced to ensure that other users of the Jogly service aren't impacted by egregious misuse by a single individual.
When using our system, Slack provides us with some basic information. You can find out more about this data from their API docs. This information is used in analytics and billing systems in aggregate.
We do not currently, but reserve the right to in future, use company names and/or logos for promotional purposes on our landing pages but in the first case will reach out beforehand.
We do not collect any email addresses or other personally identifiable information.
If you use features, such as Claiming, then data on the user claiming will be posted back to Jogly from Slack.
With notice, we may need to request an escalation of privileges to your Slack instance for billing purposes should we use them in the future.
We only request what we feel is neccesary and do not disclose this information to any third party's.
By adding Jogly to your Slack service, you acknowledge that you understand that we do not directly
control the actions or searches conducted by you or your team.
Jogly is an automated service which provides the ability to proxy inbound (and often unsantitised) data into both Slack and email.
You agree that Jogly Pty cannot be held responsble for situations where your Jog ID has been misused by others and has caused unauthorised data to be posted to Slack via the Jogly service.
